Inés Angulo works with the IDB-GEF Coordination Team from the Costa Rica Country Office on environmental projects in Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and Jamaica. Prior to joining the IDB, Inés worked for the Independent Evaluation Office of the Global Environment Facility, in areas such as biodiversity, climate change, land degradation, and sustainable forest management. She received her master degree in Environmental Management from Yale´s School of Forestry and Environmental Studies, and her undergraduate degree in Forestry from Universidad Agraria La Molina.
