Francine Vaurof
Francine Vaurof is a climate change consultant within the Climate Change Division of the IDB and is based in the Suriname Country Office. Prior to joining the IDB, she designed and implemented low carbon and sustainable development projects at the United Nations, the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and at several NGOs and business associations in Brazil. Francine holds a Master's degree in international relations from the University of Brasilia.
