Coral Fernandez is a civil and environmental engineer working at the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB) since 2004 on water and sanitation issues and evaluation throughout the region. Before joining the IADB, Coral worked in the academic world in the US. At the Environment, Rural Development and Disaster Risk Management Division of she is working to promote watershed management and the integrated management of water resources.
