Alejandra is a Paris Alignment Consultant at the IDB. Alejandra holds a Bachelor of Laws (Summa Cum Laude) from Universidad Iberoamericana, Mexico City, and a Master’s in Environmental Policy from Sciences Po, Paris. Before joining the IDB, Alejandra was Research Assistant at the European Chair for Sustainable Development and Climate Transition at Sciences Po. In Mexico, Alejandra worked as an Environmental and Energy Law Associate at a renowned Firm where she advised renewable energy companies and performed environmental due diligence for the private sector. During her Master’s she undertook an internship at the Legal Affairs Programme of the UNFCCC Secretariat (UN Climate Change).
