Lucina Rodriguez Guillen
Lucina Rodriguez Guillen is a consultant in the IADB’s migration unit, where she works on projects related to perceptions towards immigrants in Latin America and the Caribbean. Before joining the IADB, she worked on the evaluation of several anti-poverty policies in Peru at the Universidad del Pacifico. Then, she worked on research projects related to corruption and conflict in the DR Congo at Harris School of Public Policy, where she got her master’s degree in Public Policy.
