Flavia Connearn is a consultant in the IDB's Trade and Investment Division located in Lima, Peru. She is part of the team that oversees Peru's operational portfolio, focused on trade facilitation, digitization, maritime transport, export productivity, and governance projects. Prior to joining the IDB, she was coordinator of the Pacific Alliance for the Ministry of Foreign Trade of Peru, where she was also part of negotiation and implementation teams for trade agreements and integration schemes. Flavia has a Master's Degree in Public Policy from Duke University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
