Caroline Levington is an IDB consultant specializing in export promotion and investment attraction. Her research and analysis focus on innovation in global services, business climate reform, and SME internationalization. She has previously consulted for social enterprises in Nicaragua and Mexico, a Vietnamese high-tech industrial park, a start-up in Sub-Saharan Africa, and provided financial and project management for US development programs. Caroline graduated summa cum laude from Tufts University with a BA in International Relations and a minor in Latin American Studies. She holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a Master of Arts in International Relations from Johns Hopkins SAIS with concentrations in Development and Economics.
