Gastón Gertner
Gaston Gertner is a specialist in behavioral economics and public policy impact assessments. He holds a Master's degree in Public Administration (MPA) from Princeton University and has over 10 years of experience in international development projects in Latin America and the Caribbean in the design and evaluation of policies in health, social protection, housing and infrastructure. In 2017 he co-founded Talk2u, a technology-based social enterprise that uses narrative formats that integrate science-based interventions for behavior change. Since 2018, he has been an associate researcher at CEPE-Di Tella and a guest professor in the Master’s Program in Public Policy at the School of Government of the Torcuato Di Tella and San Andrés Universities.
