René Orozco is an economist for Latin America and the Caribbean at the OECD Development Centre. He has co-ordinated several editions of the Latin American Economic Outlook and Tax Statistics in Latin America and the Caribbean as well as other publications on Latin America. He is an expert in development economics, economic growth, and fiscal policy. He holds a master’s degree in economics from the Paris School of Economics in France.
