Maria Alexandra Planas Marti

Alexandra Planas es Especialista Senior de Energía del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID), a cargo del portafolio de proyectos de energía con garantía soberana del BID en Colombia. Tiene más de 15 años de experiencia en el sector de energía y de sectores interrelacionados como medio ambiente, cambio climático, integración regional y fortalecimiento institucional, incluyendo 15 años de experiencia en el Banco Mundial trabajando en las regiones de América Latina, África y el Pacífico Sur. Ella ha trabajado en la planificación, preparación, negociación y ejecución de proyectos de energía, así como en el desarrollo de conocimiento en las áreas de generación, transmisión, electrificación rural, interconexiones regionales y eficiencia energética financiados tanto por el sector público, como a través de iniciativas público-privadas y de proyectos financiados por el sector privado con garantías de la nación. Alexandra tiene un master en Economía Internacional con especialización en energía y medio ambiente de la Universidad de Johns Hopkins en Estados Unidos.
