Commercial Engineer with a major in Business Administration from the University of the Americas (UDLA). Currently, I am finishing my master's degree in Comparative Politics at the Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences FLACSO Ecuador. I am a specialist in higher education with experience in: the design, implementation, monitoring, analysis and evaluation of public policy in projects focused on the social sector; the generation and implementation of methodologies focused on the articulation and cooperation of the social and productive sectors (public, private and non-governmental organizations).
