Paula Castillo

Paula Castillo es oficial de sinergias público-privadas en el Departamento de Estrategia de BID Invest, donde analiza los desafíos y las oportunidades para el sector privado en infraestructura, particularmente transporte e infraestructura social. Antes de trabajar en BID Invest, fue asesora técnica del Vicepresidente de Sectores y Conocimiento del BID y consultora en la División de Transporte del BID. Antes del Grupo BID, trabajó en la División de Infraestructura del Departamento de Planificación Nacional en Colombia y como investigadora y profesora en la Universidad de los Andes. Paula es economista, tiene una maestría en gestión de sostenibilidad de la escuela de negocios de la American University, Estados Unidos y una maestría en economía de la Universidad de los Andes.
