Sheila trabaja la estrategia de comunicaciones en la división de Transporte del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo. Es licenciada por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid en Comunicación Audiovisual, y se especializó en Planificación de Redes Sociales y Storytelling para el Cambio Social en la Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. Ha trabajado en Comunicación para el Desarrollo en proyectos en España, Australia, Reino Unido, Rwanda y Estados Unidos.
