Trabaja como Especialista de Transporte del BID y ha participado en diversos equipos diseñando y ejecutando proyectos de infraestructura y transporte en la región mesoamericana. Antes de ingresar al Banco trabajó en la formulación y supervisión de proyectos de inversión en energía.
