Isabel is an agricultural engineer who leads the Technology and Innovation Group within the Environmental and Social Solutions Division at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). She has a strong technical background, including Master’s degrees in Fertilizers and the Environment, and in Occupational Health and Safety, as well as a specialization in Big Data and Business Analytics. With more than 15 years of experience, Isabel brings an integrated vision that connects technology, data, and sustainability. She combines a holistic approach with a solid track record in digital transformation, leading the Environmental and Social Information Management System, GIS solutions, and advanced analytics to optimize environmental and social management and support the IDB’s high-impact strategic decisions.
