Theresa Schütz is an engineering consultant in the Water and Sanitation Division at the Inter-American Development Bank. She is part of the HydroBID Support Center, giving specialized advice to member countries in the application of HydroBID tools and in the planning, preparation and execution of programs and investment plans to strengthen decision-making in the field of water management in the region. She has more than four years of professional experience in the field of water resources, water and sanitation projects, and international cooperation in Europe, Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
