Napoleao Dequech
Napoleao Dequech Neto has more than 8 years working with international cooperation and sustainable development in Africa, Asia and Latin America. Since 2013 he is working with the IDB-GEF Coordination Team promoting new GEF projects at the bank. Prior to joining the IDB, Napoleao worked for the World Bank (WB), GEF Independent Evaluation Office (GEFIO) and the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP). Napoleao holds a MSc in Climate Change and Development from the Institute of Development Studies (IDS), a MBA from Fundacao Getulio Vargars ( In partnership with UCI) and a BA in Law from Unicuritiba.
