Javier Bustos

Javier Bustos-Salvagno is Executive Director of the Asociación Gremial de Clientes Eléctricos No Regulados, ACENOR A.G. (Trade Association of Non-Regulated Electricity Customers). He has more than 17 years working in energy economics, regulation and industrial organization. He is also an Adjunct Researcher at Solar Energy Research Center (SERC) and CiSGER-Universidad del Desarrollo in Chile. He previously served as Director of Studies and Regulation of the Chilean Association of Electricity Companies and was Head of Energy Policy at the Ministry of Energy in the Chilean government. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Georgetown University.
