Gisela works as the Gender and Diversity focal point in the Climate Change Division at the Inter-American Development Bank in Washington DC. In this role, she provides advice and support to multidisciplinary teams for mainstreaming gender and diversity in the design and implementation of operations that address climate change. Gisela has more than fifteen years of experience in working in public, private and international organizations in areas related to gender, social inclusion, urban development, and climate change.
