Mrs. Denise Lee Sing Pereira is a holder of BSc. Civil Engineering, MSc. Environmental Engineering, has UNDP Certification in Sanitation and Governance and holds PMP Certification. She has been with the Water and Sewerage Authority of Trinidad and Tobago for the past 30 years, working in the Water and Wastewater Divisions. Her main focus in the last fifteen (15) years is in the planning and implementation of water and wastewater projects. She has worked with both local and international Contractors and Consultants and has managed programs which were funded by the Caribbean Development Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank.
