Alexandra Carlier
Consultant for the Water Program of the Department of Sustainable Development of the Executive Secretariat for Sustainable Development of the Organization of American States. She is an expert on climate action, water resources and gender in Latin America and the Caribbean. She holds a PhD from the Free University of Brussels, with a degree in Social Sciences from the la Université Catholique de Louvain (UCLouvain). She is an Adjunct Professor at the University of British Columbia, with the Norman B. Keevil Institute of Mining Engineering.
