Juliana is a Tourism Specialist at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and has represented the IDB in Brazil since 2015. She leads the Bank’s portfolio of tourism sector projects in the country, in addition to working on other initiatives across Latin America and the Caribbean. With a 15-year career in the tourism sector, she has dedicated much of her professional life to strategic planning for destinations and tourism businesses, as well as to sectoral market studies. Juliana holds a degree in Tourism from the University of São Paulo (USP), a specialization in Market Research, and a Master’s in Destination Planning and Management from the University of Alicante, Spain.
