Com 15 anos de carreira no setor de turismo, dedicou grande parte de sua carreira ao planejamento estratégico de destinos e negócios turísticos e a estudos de mercado setoriais. Formada em Turismo pela USP, tem especialização na área de Pesquisa de Mercado e Mestrado em Planejamento e Gestão de Destinos pela Universidade de Alicante, Espanha
