Isaác Gonzalo Arias Esteban, of Argentine nationality, is a Public Accountant and has a Master in Finance Management, a joint program of the University of El Salvador in Argentina and the State University of New York. Between 1998 and 2008, he assumed different functions in various areas of the Federal Public Revenue Administration of Argentina, in 2008 he joined CIAT as a Specialist in the Management of Tax Investigations and currently works in the same organization, as Director of International Cooperation and Taxation. Additionally, he has participated in numerous international activities promoted by CIAT, the OECD, the IDB, the IMF, GIZ, the World Bank, ITD, ITC, etc., among them the CIAT Working Group on Exchange of Tax Information stands out and Working Group No. 8 on “Circumvention and Evasion.
