Rochelle Johnson Simone

Rochelle is an Analytical Junior Consultant and Coordinator in the Energy Division at the IDB Country Office in Jamaica. She holds a master’s in Economics at the University of the West Indies (Mona). Prior to the IDB, she worked with the Jamaica Public Service assisting with its Rate Application and Tariff Adjustment filings. Rochelle has experience in energy regulation, macroeconomics, and strategic development and planning.
