Christopher M. Sewell es consultor freelance en temas de energía sostenible. Entre 2011 y 2015 era consultor de energía en el Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID) en la División de Energía donde apoyó numerosas operaciones en América Central y Sudamérica y coordinó la contribución del BID a la iniciativa global de las Naciones Unidas, Energía Sostenible para Todos (SE4ALL). Antes del BID, el Sr. Sewell trabajó en el análisis del cambio climático, así como en las compensaciones de carbono y ventas de créditos de energía renovable. El Sr. Sewell recibió una Maestría en Ciencias en Políticas de Energía y Clima de la Universidad Johns Hopkins, de Baltimore, Maryland.
