É Especialista em Educação para o Banco Interamericano de Desenvolvimento (BID) e co-fundador do D3E. Possui mestrado em educação pela Universidade de Stanford (EUA) e graduação em Engenharia pela Universidade de Campinas (UNICAMP). Trabalhou na Fundação Lemann, em parceria com Consed e Undime, para engajamento das redes de ensino para discussão e implementação da Base Nacional Comum. Também trabalhou na Secretaria de Estado da Educação de SP, na área de Tecnologia e Avaliação, e na Integration Consultoria, desenvolvendo diferentes projetos de negócios em diversos setores.

Também trabalhou na Secretaria de Estado da Educação de SP, na área de Tecnologia e Avaliação, implementando projetos que usavam inovação para melhorar o aprendizado dos estudantes.
