Marcos Siqueira

Marcos Siqueira es experto en asociaciones público-privadas (APP) de Brasil, con una trayectoria multidisciplinaria y más de una década de experiencia en la identificación, preparación y gestión de las APP. De 2008 a 2014, Marcos fue el jefe de la Unidad de APP de Minas Gerais, en Brasil, habiendo recibido varios premios nacionales e internacionales por su excelencia técnica. Como profesional del sector de infraestructura, Marcos gestionó personalmente transacciones de más de US$ 3 mil millones en sectores como transporte, infraestructura social, energía y activos ambientales. Colaborando con bancos multilaterales de desarrollo, Marcos ha tenido una experiencia internacional diversa, participando en iniciativas de creación de capacidad en África, América Latina y Asia. Ha sido profesor asociado de política pública en la Fundación João Pinheiro y la Fundación Dom Cabral. Actualmente es experto senior en el equipo de Asociaciones Público-Privadas del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo.

Marcos Siqueira Moraes

Marcos é Especialista Sênior em Operações em Parcerias Público-Privadas do Banco Interamericano de Desenvolvimento. Reconhecido especialista em PPPs no Brasil, com antecedentes multidisciplinares e mais de dez anos de experiência prática na preparação e gestão de contratos de PPP. Possui experiência internacional diversa, participando em iniciativas de desenvolvimento de capacidades na África, América Latina e Ásia. Foi professor associado de Políticas Públicas na Fundação João Pinheiro e na Fundação Dom Cabral. Marcos começou sua carreira como consultor financeiro para governos e logo foi contratado pelo Governo de Minas Gerais, para promover um programa de atração de investimentos privados em infraestrutura. O programa se converteu na primeira Unidade PPP do país, responsável pela entrega de um dos programas mais diversos do Brasil. Enquanto Marcos foi seu diretor, o programa PPP de Minas Gerais e seus projetos receberam vários prêmios nacionais e internacionais por sua excelência técnica. Como profissional de infraestrutura, Marcos administrou pessoalmente mais de USD 3 bilhões em transações nos setores como transporte, infraestrutura social, energia e ativos ambientais. Marcos é graduado em Direito e Administração Pública. Também é mestre em Políticas Públicas pela Universidade de Sheffield, no Reino Unido.
