Nora Lucia Rodriguez, has a Bachelor’s degree in Bacteriology and Master Degree in Health Management. She graduated from Catholic University in Manizales, Colombia and Escuela de Administracion Publica-ESAP in Bogota, Colombia. Ms. Rodriguez went on to become the Director of Medical Devices, Surveillance and Quality Control Department at the National Regulatory Authority - INVIMA in Bogota, Colombia. In 2005, Ms. Rodriguez joined the Pan American health Organization (PAHO), Regional Office for the World Health Organization (WHO) and is responsible for Injection Safety and Quality Control of Syringes within the Immunization Program. Since 2008, Ms. Rodriguez has also become the Regional Cold Chain Advisor serving the PAHO Member States in the Region of the Americas.
