Jodykay Maxwell

Jodykay Maxwell is consultant at the IDB Labor Markets Division, based in Jamaica. She is a development professional with more than five years’ experience in managing and implementing complex and cross-cutting projects that unlocks opportunities for sustainable development in the Caribbean. Jodykay has previously worked as a Portfolio Analyst with the World Bank, Caribbean Country Management Unit where she helped to manage a portfolio valued at US$270m in Jamaica and Guyana. She has also worked as an Energy Analyst with the Inter-American Development Bank and as a Consultant with IDBLab in Jamaica. She is a graduate of University of Cambridge, certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and is trained in Agile Scrum.
