Dulce Baptista

Dulce Baptista es especialista sénior de la División de Mercados Laborales del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo, donde es responsable de incorporar la mitigación, adaptación y acción frente al cambio climático a los programas operativos y analíticos de esa División. Actualmente está trabajando en el área de empleos verdes y transición justa. Dulce se unió al BID en 2010 como coordinadora de la Red de Apoyo Técnico a los Servicios Públicos de Empleo de América Latina y el Caribe -Red SEALC-, donde condujo la publicación del libro “El Mundo de los Servicios Públicos de Empleo”, una publicación conjunta entre el BID, la OCDE y WAPES. Este libro compara las características institucionales y operativas de los servicios públicos de empleo en 71 países. Dulce también es responsable del portafolio de la División de Mercados Laborales del BID en Barbados, Belize y Haití. Antes de unirse al BID, Dulce trabajó como investigadora de la Universidad de Londres, Reino Unido, y en el Centro de Desarrollo Regional y Planificación en Brasil. Dulce es Doctora (PhD.) de la Universidad de Londres.
