Ana Diniz

Ana is a professor at Insper and is dedicated to the study and development of public and private policies aimed at overcoming social inequalities and promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Specialized in administration, she has taught in international schools and has worked for the government of the state of Minas Gerais and in consulting. She currently coordinates the Gender Studies Center at the Center for Management and Public Policies and teaches undergraduate and graduate courses on public policies and overcoming inequalities. Ana holds a PhD in public administration and government from FGV-EAESP.
