I am very impressed by the content and quality of the technical material presented and discussed at the Cuernavaca Conference. Reviewing the past experience of successes and failures in the Bank and other IFIs, I am certain that most topics reflected in these documents will become the future set of tools for analysis of the interventions supported by the IDB. Congratulations.
