Ricardo Martínez
Consultant in the Water and Sanitation Division of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). As Water Planning Manager at the National Water Commission (Conagua), he coordinated the development and implementation of the 2020-2024 National Water Program and the National Water Information System (SINA). At the UN, he was responsible for implementing the System of Environmental and Economic Water Accounts in various countries. He graduated from UNAM and holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the California Institute of Technology. He also completed postgraduate studies at the National School of Public Works in Lyon, France, and is an alumnus of the Advanced Studies Program in Sustainable Development at the Colegio de México.
