Isabelle is a senior financial specialist in the Connectivity, Markets and Finance Division of the IDB. She is working with sovereign clients and public development banks on the development of thematic bonds markets in Latin America and the Caribbean. Her other areas of focus are environmental and social safeguards and financial solutions. Prior to joining the IDB, Isabelle has been working for over ten years in structuring investment products for a vast array of private and public financial institutions including Development Banks, Pension Funds. She has previously worked in Asia, Africa and Europe. She holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the EM Lyon Business School in France
