Israel Fernández Raboso
Senior consultant in water and sanitation, coordinates the FECASALC at the IDB, first from Peru and now from Spain. He has 20 years of experience in the comprehensive management of water projects, including project identification, execution, monitoring, sector policy design, planning, regulation, and the establishment of institutional frameworks. He has worked with the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), leading key projects to close service gaps in Latin America. Previously, he held management positions in water and sanitation companies in the region and in Europe. He is trained as a Chemist and holds a master's degree in Water Engineering and another in International Business.
