PhD from the Free University of Brussels, with over 15 years of experience in water resources management, gender equity, and sustainability in Latin America and the Caribbean. She has led initiatives in water diplomacy, climate change adaptation, and shared basin governance, as well as research on glacier retreat, water conflicts, and water security. With extensive experience in strategic analysis and technical writing, she has contributed to the development of methodologies and partnerships to strengthen sustainable water management at the regional level.
