Lucía Latorre is an expert on open innovation, emerging technologies, and entrepreneurship methodologies drawing on her experience working in Argentina, the United States, and Europe. Currently, Lucia leads strategy and coordination of services in TechLab (IDB’s emerging tech laboratory), managing partnerships and awareness strategy to position the IDB Group at the vanguard of innovation and tech expertise in Latin America and the Caribbean.
