Many alumni of the program have then had celebrated careers in government agencies and the top rungs of academia in Latin America, Europe, and the United States.
Successful candidates will work in a collaborative and creative environment at the IDB Research Department, helping Latin American and Caribbean region achieve sustainable and equitable development through rigorous economic research. Their work will be essential in producing inputs for governments, academia, and public opinion in the region.
