The second panel, moderated by Arturo J. Galindo (IDB), will count with the presence of Professor Urquiola, along with Felipe Barrera-Osorio (Harvard University), Gonzalo Hernandez (CONEVAL, Mexico) and David McKenzie (World Bank), and will discuss the next big questions in impact evaluation in Latin America and the Caribbean. The research papers to be presented will be distributed in five thematic sessions: social protection, labor, early childhood development, education, and institutions and production.
